Viva Italia!  This is a lovely and reasonably priced (retailing for under $15.00 in most markets) blend of Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.  For those lovers of well-priced and flavorful Italian wines, this is your new best friend. Expect notes of dark and delicious plums, flowers and some candied cherries on the nose.  On the palate, expect a fruit-forward wine that is both full-bodied as well as refined - great job keeping those tannins in control.  Enjoy it now with anything cheesy!
