Red plums, currants, spice, musk and game aroma notes here. Pretty light and savoury, a bit even stemy, fresh acids and a peppery finish. This is an honest red made with care in a difficult vintage. I tried it with Hungarian gulyas with lots of sweet szegedi paprika and sour cream, and I was extremely happy.
