You are responsible for keeping your User ID and Password secure and are prohibited from using another member's User ID and
Password to post "Content" on their behalf without their prior knowledge and approval or impersonate them.
You must not abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate other Gremolata.com members (including "Experts") and agree to conduct
yourself in a collaborative and positive manner when interacting with members.
You may not use Gremolata.com for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You must not modify, adapt or "hack" Gremolata.com or modify another Web site so as to falsely imply that it is associated
with Gremolata.com, Gremolata Media Group Inc., or its associated partners.
You must not create or submit unwanted e-mail ("Spam") to any Gremolata members and you agree to never transmit any worms
or viruses or any code of a destructive nature to jeopardize the Web site or negatively impact the members.
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Gremolata.com account.
While Gremolata.com prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Gremolata Media Group Inc.
cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its Web site.
You agree to use Gremolata.com at your own risk.
General Conditions for Using and Visiting Gremolata.com

at any time.

change (determined at the discretion of Gremolata Media Group Inc.) to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via internet

any reason at any time.
Gremolata Media Group Inc. reserves the right to remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our
sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates
any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
Gremolata.com makes it possible to post images and text on the site and provide links to outside Web sites. We encourage
users to contribute their creations to the public domain or consider progressive licensing terms. We claim no liability
for any content on third-party Web sites linked to by Gremolata.com, a registered "Expert", or any member. On other Web
sites which display content originally posted on Gremolata.com, you MUST provide a link back to Gremolata.com.
Gremolata Media Group Inc. reserves the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal
claim or trademark on those usernames or are considered to be offensive, hurtful, or racist.
