The exceptional flavours of Stratford producers, chefs and artisans come together at this delicious weekend of indulgence. We attended last year's Sunday events - farmer's market, chef demos, and the best local foods tasting event I have experienced in Ontario. This year we are heading down Saturday for the pork producers barbeque and staying overnight for the York Street tasting. Either way, that is fine because I agree, it is a great event. We attended and it was a wonderful day trip. That, and picnic at the Brickworks - both are really great local food events.
