Have been longing to do an Outstanding in the Field experience here in Southern or Central California. That's my idea of a dream culinary getaway.

I think it is a great way to learn more about food and to eat in a more healthy and conscious way. I live in Puglia Southern Italy and I organize cooking classes: we always start our classes by going to the markets or to the farmers to pick our own products or to see how they are made. It makes a huge difference!
