Andy Shay

'Cheese Guru' Andy Shay is a graduate of Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.  He worked for Marriott and Doral hotels in Manhattan before quickly making the move into gourmet food.  He managed store operations for Eli Zabar and the Gourmet Garage in Manhattan, and David Jones Food Hall in Sydney, Australia before moving to Toronto to open a gourmet food store, Shay Gourmet, with his wife Meredith Johnson. Recently Andy has managed a successful online cheese business.
