Overview
We are presenting our third Winemaker's Dinner of the season on Aug 6, 2010. The first 2 winemaker's dinners were quickly sold out. The upcoming event Estate Menu includes: Hairloom Tomato Salad with goat cheese and basil, Salmon Nicoise with green beans, black olives, roasted red peppers. artichoke hearts and potato, Cinnamon Stewed Peach Brule with lemon biscuit. Dinner paired with our award winning wines and your host for the evening: Winemaster Herbert Konzelmann along with assistant winemaker Eric Pearson. This dinner will be held at Konzelmann Vineyards in Niagara. Price: $79.00
