Overview
Baker Chris Brown of Rise Artisan Breads joins us for another Saturday bread class--this time a la francais with the cookbook, The Breads of France by Bernard Clayton Jr. Chris will guide guests through the basic techniques of classic French breads and will include demonstrations of a variety of breads from different regional boulangerie. This event will be held at Barbara-Jo’s Books-to-Cooks. Price: $85.00
