Top students representing some of Canada’s leading culinary schools will face-off in a grapefruit challenge to earn top spot in the “Rising Chef Citrus Cook-off”. Armed with their own tantalizing appetizer, entrée and dessert recipes, the contestants will create their sweet and savoury dishes for a judging panel of local food aficionados. Guests will watch the live grapefruit showdown unfold as they enjoy citrus-inspired samples created by Toronto’s own Chef Brad Moore of SCHOOL. The delicious tastes of the evening will temper the cool winter’s day with a touch of Florida sun in each heart-warming recipe. Part of the Winterlicious Culinary Events Series.
