2005 Chablis Showdown
The dry white wine of Chablis is made from the chardonnay grape in the Northern vineyards of Burgundy. They generally are high in acidity and steely rather than luscious and oaky. This is a refreshing, long-lived style of white wine which very few wine regions can produce. This event will definitely show how Chablis prices are annoyingly inconsistent. Prices of the bottle tasted vary in between $30 and $250, enough wines for you to get Chablised up, a rare treat. This event will be held at Bin 905 Wine and Spirits. Price: $80.00
