Overview
Josée di Stasio is arguably the most famous TV chef and cookbook writer in Quebec, so of course 99% of The Rest of Canada has never heard of her. Too bad, her Montrealais version of Italian-inspired frsh new food is lovely. She speaks English, so maybe we'll "import" her elegant and simple style to the airwaves west of the Ottawa river yet. In the meantime her book ought ot be in every serious Canadian cook's library.
